How We Make It

This is a relatively simple dish that packs a punch with flavour! The pesto is made from fresh kale which is blitzed in a food processor by our Chefs along with olive oil, garlic, cashew nuts, lemon juice, basil and parsley.

We then partially cook our cannolicchi pasta so it still has a bite, to make sure that it remains al dente when reheated at home. Finally, we garnish this dish with sunblush cherry tomatoes which have a delicious sweet flavour. A simple but filling dish that is great served with a sprinkling of parmesan cheese.

We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example Worcestershire Sauce used in our Spaghetti Bolognese, which contains Tamarind Extract).

Cooking/Serving Instructions

Microwave:

Remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Cook on full power.

3 mins > stir > 2 mins
Allow to rest for 1 min and stir well before serving.

Defrost Instructions:

Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the microwave guidelines but cook for 2 mins, stir, 30 secs.

Extra Warnings:
