Our cold puddings are made by Liz Dove, our "Pudding Maestro", on her farm in Somerset. Her larger puds are perfect for entertaining. They come frozen and need to thaw before serving. Our hot puds are the work of Carol Malby and her pastry team at the COOK Kitchen. At home, you bake them from frozen, filling your kitchen with the wonderful aroma of freshly-baked pud.
