Cooking/Serving Instructions

Microwave:

Remove sleeve and pierce film several times. Cook on full power.

4 mins > stir gently & re-cover > 2 mins
Stir well and allow to stand for 1 min. Ensure the food is piping hot before serving.

Oven:

Preheat oven. Remove sleeve, pierce film. Place on baking tray in middle of the oven.

Oven Settings

Fan 170°C, Electric 190°C, Gas Mark 5.
35-40 mins
Stir well and allow to stand for 1min. Ensure the food is piping hot before serving.

Defrost Instructions:

Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the oven guidelines but cook for 15-20 mins.

Extra Warnings:

Although every care has been taken to remove all bones, some may remain. Steam may be released when removing film lid.
