How We Make It

  • Made with all-butter puff pastry and our very own fig chutney, which we make in-house.
  • We add rosemary and thyme, sliced goats cheese and freshly sliced figs.
  • Finally it’s topped with a sweet hazelnut garnish.

Ingredients

AT COOK WE USE THE SAME INGREDIENTS YOU WOULD USE AT HOME.

We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example Worcestershire Sauce used in our Spaghetti Bolognese, which contains Tamarind Extract).

Goat's Cheese (38%) [Milk], Fig Chutney (29%) [Sulphites], Puff Pastry (19%) (contains: Wheat Flour, Butter [Milk], Water, Salt, Deactivated Yeast), Figs (8%), Honey (3%), Hazelnuts (3%) [Nuts], Free Range Pasteurised Whole Egg. Fig Chutney contains: Figs, Onions, Port (contains: Ruby Port, Preservative: Sulphur Dioxide), Rapeseed Oil, Demerara Sugar, Garlic, Thyme, Rosemary, Salt, Black Pepper.

OVEN COOK FROM FROZEN

Oven:

Preheat oven. Remove all packaging and place tarts on a baking tray in the top of the oven.

Oven Settings

Fan 170°C, Electric 190°C, Gas Mark 5.
30 mins
Ensure piping hot. Allow to rest for 2 mins before serving.

Defrost Instructions:

Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the oven guidelines but cook for 20 mins.
