Ingredients

AT COOK WE USE THE SAME INGREDIENTS YOU WOULD USE AT HOME.

We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example Worcestershire Sauce used in our Spaghetti Bolognese, which contains Tamarind Extract).

Caster Sugar, Lemon Juice (16%), Butter [Milk], Self Raising Flour [Wheat Gluten], Free-Range Pasteurised Whole Egg, Soft Brown Sugar, Cornflour.

Self Raising Flour contains: Wheat flour, Raising agents: Calcium Phosphates, Sodium Bicarbonate.

Cooking/Serving Instructions

OVEN COOK FROM FROZEN

Oven:

Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and film. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven.

Oven Settings

Fan 180°C, Electric 200°C, Gas Mark 6.
25 mins
Once cooked, run a knife around the edge and pop out on to a plate before serving immediately.

Defrost Instructions:

Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 2 days. Follow the oven guidelines but cook for 18 mins.
