AT COOK WE USE THE SAME INGREDIENTS YOU WOULD USE AT HOME.

We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example Worcestershire Sauce used in our Spaghetti Bolognese, which contains Tamarind Extract). Salmon (47%) [Fish], Puff Pastry (33%) [Wheat Gluten, Milk], Beetroot (6%), Mascarpone [Milk], Crème Fraiche [Milk], Free Range Pasteurised Egg Yolk, Horseradish Sauce [Egg, Mustard, Sulphites], Water, Lemon Juice, Dill Paste [Sulphites], White Wine Vinegar [Sulphites], Salt, Dried Dill, White Pepper.

Horseradish Sauce contains: Horseradish, Water, Vinegar, Rapeseed Oil, Turnip, Glucose Syrup, Sugar, Pasteurised Egg Yolk, Salt, Stabiliser, Mustard Flour, Flavourings, Preservative (Sodium Metabisulphite). Dill Paste contains: Dill, White Wine Vinegar, Sunflower Oil, Sugar, Salt. Puff Pastry contains: Wheat Flour, Butter, Water, Salt.

Cooking Instructions

At our kitchen, we prepare food by hand using the same ingredients and techniques you would at home. We then freeze our meals at -35°C so it tastes freshly made when you cook it at home (no nasty additives or preservatives required). Most of our food can be heated from frozen (sometimes in minutes in your microwave). Check the instructions below.

These cooking instructions are only a guide. Your appliance may have a personality of its own (or a different power rating). Please adjust accordingly.

OVEN COOK FROM FROZEN

Oven:

Remove wellington from all packaging and place on a baking tray with the silicone paper provided.

Oven Settings

Fan 180°C, Electric 200°C, Gas Mark 6.
60 mins
Allow to rest for 5 mins before serving. Due to the nature of this product, cooking times may vary. Please ensure this product is piping hot.

Defrost Instructions:

Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the oven guidelines but cook at 180°C fan for 30 mins, then reduce the cooking temperature to 160°C fan and cook for a further 10 mins.

Extra Warnings:

Although every care has been taken to remove all bones, some may remain.
