How We Make It

  • Our Salmon & Beetroot Blinis have responsibly-sourced salmon.
  • Beetroot, creamy mascarpone, dill, lemon juice and a hint of horseradish, all in perfect harmony on a light Russian-style blini.

AT COOK WE USE THE SAME INGREDIENTS YOU WOULD USE AT HOME.

We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example Worcestershire Sauce used in our Spaghetti Bolognese, which contains Tamarind Extract).

Cooking/Serving Instructions

These cooking instructions are only a guide. Your appliance may have a personality of its own (or a different power rating). Please adjust accordingly.

OVEN COOK FROM FROZEN

Oven:

Preheat oven. Remove from all packaging and place directly onto a baking tray. Cook in the top of the oven.

Oven Settings

Fan 180°C, Electric 200°C, Gas Mark 6.
12 mins
Ensure piping hot and allow to rest for 2 mins before serving. When cooking more than one pack of canapés at a time, allow extra cooking time.

Defrost Instructions:

Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the oven guidelines but cook for 8-10 mins.

Extra Warnings:

Although every effort has been taken to remove all bones, some may remain.
