How We Make It

  • Our Chefs fry garlic then add chopped tomatoes, vegetable stock, tomato puree, lime juice and a touch of cocoa powder.
  • They mix the sauce with kidney beans, cannelini beans, and chopped spring onions and coriander to form a fresh and mild chilli.
  • The crunchy tortilla cups are filled with the chilli mix then topped with grated cheddar cheese which melts over the top when you cook them at home.

AT COOK WE USE THE SAME INGREDIENTS YOU WOULD USE AT HOME.

We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example Worcestershire Sauce used in our Spaghetti Bolognese, which contains Tamarind Extract).

OVEN COOK FROM FROZEN

Oven:

Preheat oven. Remove canapés from all packaging and place directly onto a baking tray in the top of the oven.

Oven Settings

Fan 180°C, Electric 200°C, Gas Mark 6.
12-15 mins.
Allow to rest for 2 mins before serving.

Defrost Instructions:

Not suitable for cooking once defrosted.
