How We Make It

Our Chefs fry garlic with finely chopped carrot and red pepper then add a dash of soy sauce, sesame oil, yuzu juice and a touch of honey to form a delicious and colourful vegetable mix. To this we add roughly chopped crayfish and king prawn, along with some chives, coriander and black sesame seeds. The lovely ladies (and gents) in our Finishing section carefully spoon this mix into delicate cups made from Chinese pancakes.

Ingredients

AT COOK WE USE THE SAME INGREDIENTS YOU WOULD USE AT HOME.

We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example Worcestershire Sauce used in our Spaghetti Bolognese, which contains Tamarind Extract).

Wonton Cup (23%) [Wheat Gluten], Red Peppers, Prawns (16%) [Crustaceans], Carrots, Crayfish (9%) [Crustaceans], Light Soy Sauce (4%) [Wheat Gluten, Soya], Corn Oil, Garlic, White Wine Vinegar [Sulphites], Thai Fish Sauce, Sesame Oil [Soya], Honey, Chives, Black Sesame Seeds, Lime Juice, Coriander, Yuzu.

Sesame Oil contains: Soya Oil, Sesame Oil. Light Soy Sauce contains: Water, Soybeans, Salt, Wheat Flour, Preservative: Potassium Sorbate. Thai Fish Sauce contains: Water, Anchovy Fish Extract, Salt, Sugar. Wonton Cups contain: Wheatflour (Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Water, Rapeseed Oil, Salt.

Cooking/Serving Instructions

These cooking instructions are only a guide. Your appliance may have a personality of its own (or a different power rating). Please adjust accordingly.

OVEN COOK FROM FROZEN

Oven:

Preheat oven. Remove canapés from all packaging and place directly onto a baking tray. Cook in the top of the oven.

Oven Settings

Fan 170°C, Electric 190°C, Gas Mark 5.
12-15 mins
Allow to rest for 2 mins before serving.

Defrost Instructions:

Not suitable for cooking once defrosted.

Extra Warnings:

Although every effort has been taken to remove all shell, some may remain.
