NB: Whilst we despatch our buffet food frozen, it might arrive partially defrosted and therefore cannot be refrozen. Therefore if you are ordering for a weekend party then it is important that you ensure that the delivery arrives either on a Thursday for a Saturday Party or on a Friday for a Sunday Party so you can keep it in the fridge.

Serving Suggestion
Pile the chorizo and lentils on the centre of wooden platter or chopping board, alongside some rocket leaves and hard cheese (Spanish manchego or Italian parmesan will do the job nicely).
Serve with lots of warm crusty artisan bread (our new grown up Garlic Bread is perfect) to mop up the juices.
Once defrosted remove the salad from the fridge 30 minutes before serving – this allows the flavours to develop. Give the salad a good stir before serving.
