Royal Reward for COOK’S Raw Talents

We can’t quite believe we’re saying this, but here goes: COOK has just been recognised with a Queen’s Award for Enterprise for promoting opportunity.

It’s thanks to our RAW Talent programme, which trains, supports and gives jobs to people who so need a second chance after struggles with addiction, homelessness, a prison sentence, mental ill-health, or other challenges. As lovely as this recognition is, the true value of RAW Talent at COOK is the people we’ve met who have become valued team members.
