I am not a fan of ready meals at all - never have been. But occasionally you have to make do! I give them to my husband and then have baked beans on toast myself!
We have just enjoyed a holiday in the lakes and my eye was attracted to a small freezer in Booths in Keswick, full of your frozen meals. I didn't do more than quickly glance, but when we went back a couple of days later, I made a beeline for the same spot. We were both encouraged by the choice and they did indeed look as if they had been made at home! I chose the roasted vegetable lasagne and hubby had the cottage pie we also had bramley apple and blackberry crumble.
All three were simply delicious! They were even labelled with the cooks name!
