Our driving purpose at COOK is to nourish people and the planet. The two go hand-in-hand, as we see it. The current UK food system is simply not sustainable and, as the author of 2021’s National Food Strategy, Henry Dimbleby, put it: “For our own health, and that of the planet, we must act now.” Learn about how we’re working to change how we cook and leading the way to making what we eat fit for future generations.
