COOK is growing fast. We’ll only ever be as good as our team, so we’re always on the look-out for talented new people to join us.
Whether you’re a cook, a driver, a shopkeeper or in the office, we’ll work hard to make it easy for you to love your job. COOK is committed to being a force for good in society, so we don’t see people as human resources to be used in the pursuit of profit. We’ve been recognised as the best manufacturer to work for in the UK by the Sunday Times Best Companies list, we run a profit share scheme, and will give you all the help we can to fulfil your potential with our training academies.
If you think you can do a remarkable job for us, we’d love to meet you.
We shared this video with our retail team recently to celebrate a great year:
“I started at COOK as a shop assistant, working Saturdays, and now I’m part of the senior team leading the business. I can’t imagine another company where I would have got the opportunity to learn and develop my career so quickly, beside amazing people who genuinely want to help me succeed. I feel incredibly lucky to be part of it.”
To work in a COOK shop you’ve got to love good food and love delighting customers - even on your bad days. It’s the warmth, knowledge and care of our shop teams that keeps customers coming back. We are a certified Living Wage employer and B Corporation, so when it comes to making decisions we consider people as well as profits. We offer training through our Retail Academy, 30% off all COOK food and, after a year, you’ll be automatically part of the company profit share scheme, too.
If you think you can do a remarkable job in a COOK shop, we want to hear from you.
