  • Remove the two pork bellys once cooked and give the potatoes and apple a good stir. Serve on a plate before placing the pork on top.

Try it With:

  • Great with our Peas & Leeks.
  • Lovely with some steamed sweetheart cabbage and wedges of roasted fennel.
  • For a lighter option, just serve with some lambs lettuce or rocket leaves.

OVEN COOK FROM FROZEN

Oven:

Preheat oven, remove film and place the foil tray directly onto the middle shelf of the oven.

Oven Settings

Fan 180°C, Electric 200°C, Gas Mark 6.
60 mins
After 60 minutes, remove from the oven and allow to rest for 2 minutes. Using a large serving spoon or fish slice, gently lift out the pork, apples and potatoes and serve.

Defrost Instructions:

Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the cooking guidelines and cook for 40 mins.
