How We Make It

  • The sausagemeat comes from Speldhurst, made from higher-welfare pork and free from preservatives and artificial flavourings
  • Our chefs make the glaze using redcurrant jelly, apples, blackberries, ruby port, apple juice, cloves and cinnamon
  • The Pasty Room team in our Kitchen make the lattices like you would at home, carefully arranging three sheets of pastry on top of the sausagemeat ring

OVEN COOK FROM FROZEN

Oven:

Preheat oven. Remove from all packaging. Place on a baking tray on the silicone paper provided in the middle of the oven.

Oven Settings

Fan 170°C, Electric 190°C, Gas Mark 5.
55-60 mins
Ensure piping hot and allow to rest for 5 mins before serving.

Defrost Instructions:

Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the oven guidelines but cook for 45 mins.
