How We Make It
- Our chefs start with a rich, spiced tomato sauce made with garlic, cumin, ground coriander, cayenne pepper and smoked paprika.
- In goes sweetcorn, roasted diced sweet potato, and cannellini, kidney and black beans.
- Then it is dished into tomato tortilla crowns.
