  • Delicious with a wild rice salad with chopped mango and fresh mint, served with a homemade raita dressing. Garnish with some freshly sliced red chillis

Ingredients

AT COOK WE USE THE SAME INGREDIENTS YOU WOULD USE AT HOME.

We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example Worcestershire Sauce used in our Spaghetti Bolognese, which contains Tamarind Extract).

Salmon (70%) [Fish], Diced Potatoes (9%), Onion, Rapeseed Oil, Chopped Tomato (Tomato Juice, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid), Chickpeas, Garlic, Lemon Juice, Ginger Puree, Spinach, Sugar, Cumin, Coriander, Salt, Coriander Seeds, Madras Powder (Coriander, Turmeric, Chilli, Cumin, Pepper, Mustard, Fenugreek, Garlic, Salt, Fennel), Fennel, Curry Leaves, Mustard Seeds, Turmeric, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Chilli Flakes, Cloves.

Cooking/Serving Instructions

OVEN COOK FROM FROZEN

Oven:

Remove the salmon from the foil tray and place on a baking tray with the silicon paper provided. Cook in the centre of the oven.

Oven Settings

Fan 170°C, Electric 190°C, Gas Mark 5.
50 mins
Ensure piping hot when removing from oven. Allow the salmon to rest for 5 mins before serving so it is at its best for slicing.

Defrost Instructions:

To cook from defrosted, remove the salmon from the foil tray and place on a baking tray with the silicon paper provided, before defrosting. Keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the oven guidelines above, but cook for 30 mins and rest for 5 mins before serving so it is at its best for slicing.

Extra Warnings:

Although every effort has been taken to remove all bones, some may remain.
