See how to serve our new Salmon and Edamame Noodles for two with a delicious crunch cabbage salad in this video

How We Made It

First we whip up a delicious spicy stock using a cinnamon stick, green cardamom and bay leaves. This is added to a fragrant coconut sauce, which we make with garlic, fish sauce, lemon grass puree, ginger puree, tamarind, lime juice, thai chilli sauce, coconut milk and lime leaf. Once this delicious mixture is is ready we add the rice noodles in to soak, blanch the salmon, and top it all off with spring onions, sweetheart cabbage and edamame beans.
