AT COOK WE USE THE SAME INGREDIENTS YOU WOULD USE AT HOME.

We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example Worcestershire Sauce used in our Spaghetti Bolognese, which contains Tamarind Extract).

OVEN COOK FROM FROZEN

Oven:

Oven Cook from Frozen Pre-heat the oven to Electric 220°C / Fan 200°C / Gas Mark 7. 1. Pour 2 tablespoons of oil onto a baking tray and place in a preheated oven for 5 mins. 2. Remove the potatoes from their packaging, separate carefully and spread in a single layer onto the preheated tray (being careful not to splash any oil). 3. Roast in the top of the oven for 45-50 mins, turning once after 25 mins and again after a further 15 mins (a fish slice works perfectly for this).

Oven Settings

Fan 200°C, Electric 220°C, Gas Mark 7.
40-45 mins
Ensure the food is piping hot before serving. If you prefer even crispier roast potatoes, continue cooking to your liking. If cooking as part of a COOK stress-free Christmas lunch see the timings at www.cookfood.net/timings
