Ingredients

AT COOK WE USE THE SAME INGREDIENTS YOU WOULD USE AT HOME.

We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example Worcestershire Sauce used in our Spaghetti Bolognese, which contains Tamarind Extract).

Cooked Basmati Rice (39%), Water, Chicken (12%), Mushrooms (11%), Pork (7%), Spring Onions, Light Soy Sauce (4%) (Water, Soybeans, Salt, Wheat Flour, Preservative: Potassium Sorbate), Free Range Pasteurised Whole Egg (2%), Dry Sherry (Preservative: Sulphur Dioxide), Demerera Sugar, Free Range Pasteurised Egg Yolk, Rapeseed Oil, Garlic, Tamarind Paste (Water), Sesame Oil (Soya Oil), Lime Juice, Coriander.

Cooking/Serving Instructions

These cooking instructions are only a guide. Your appliance may have a personality of its own (or a different power rating). Please adjust accordingly.

Microwave:

Remove sleeve, pierce film. Place on microwavable plate. Cook on full power.

4 mins > stir gently & re-cover > 1 min 30 secs
Allow to stand for 1 min and ensure food is piping hot before serving.

Oven:

Preheat oven. Remove sleeve, pierce film. Place on baking tray in centre of oven.

Oven Settings

Fan 170°C, Electric 190°C, Gas Mark 5.
30-35 mins
Stir well and ensure the food is piping hot before serving.

Defrost Instructions:

Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the microwave guidelines but cook for 2 minutes, stir, then a further 1 minute.

Extra Warnings:

Steam may be released when removing film. Although every care has been taken to remove all bones, some may remain.
