  • We make our own lamb mince from prime leg of lamb
  • Just add a cocktail stick to make the lollipop!
  • Our hot canapés all cook from frozen in less than 25 minutes at the same temperature

To Serve

  • Lollies need some pop! Add a cocktail stick before serving to each meatball
  • Sprinkle some seeds, chopped fresh red chilli or fresh dill over the top before serving
  • Or you could drizzle with some natural yoghurt

How We Make It At Our Kitchen

  • Our chefs mince leg of lamb and add dried apricots, fennel seeds, onions, spices, dill and chilli flakes.
  • Then the mixture is rolled into meatballs and cooked.
  • The sticky sauce is made from tamarind paste, light brown soft sugar, fish sauce and sesame seeds.

At our kitchen, we prepare food by hand using the same ingredients and techniques you would at home. We then freeze our meals at -35°C so it tastes freshly made when you cook it at home (no nasty additives or preservatives required). Most of our food can be heated from frozen (sometimes in minutes in your microwave). Check the instructions below.
