How We Make It At Our Kitchen
- We mix chargrilled artichokes, sun-blushed tomatoes, butter beans and mixed grains with peas and herbs.
- Finally we top with a sprinkle of pumpkin seeds.
- For the dressing, we mix rapeseed oil, garlic, lemon juice, white wine vinegar, chilli powder, coriander seeds, salt and cracked black pepper, then we stir through the parsley and chopped coriander.

AT COOK WE USE THE SAME INGREDIENTS YOU WOULD USE AT HOME.
We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example Worcestershire Sauce used in our Spaghetti Bolognese, which contains Tamarind Extract).
