All our pork is free range and comes from a brilliant family farm: Dingley Dell.
Our higher-welfare gammon is Wiltshire-cured, coated with honey, studded with cloves and roasted to perfection.
Our commitment to higher-welfare pork was recognised with a Good Pig Award from Compassion in World Farming in 2016.

Defrost Instructions:

1. Defrost thoroughly in packaging in a refrigerator for 24-48 hours. 2. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and consume within seven days. Do not refreeze.
