Ingredients

AT COOK WE USE THE SAME INGREDIENTS YOU WOULD USE AT HOME.

We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example Worcestershire Sauce used in our Spaghetti Bolognese, which contains Tamarind Extract).

Callebaut 70% Chocolate (17%) [Soya], Sugar, Butter [Milk], Free-Range Pasteurised Whole Egg, Apricot Jam, Free-Range Pasteurised Egg Yolk, Plain Wheat Flour, Self Raising Flour [Wheat Gluten], Cocoa Powder.

Dark Chocolate contains: Cocoa Mass, Sugar, Fat Reduced Cocoa Powder, Emulsifier: Soya Lecithin, Natural Vanilla Flavouring. Apricot Jam contains: Glucose Syrup, Apricot Puree From Concentrate, Gelling Agent (Pectin), Acidity Regulators: Citric Acid, Sodium Citrate.

Cooking/Serving Instructions

These cooking instructions are only a guide. Your appliance may have a personality of its own (or a different power rating). Please adjust accordingly.

OVEN COOK FROM FROZEN

Oven:

Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and film. Place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven.

Oven Settings

Fan 180°C, Electric 200°C, Gas Mark 6.
20 mins
Allow to stand for 2 mins before serving.

Defrost Instructions:

Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 2 days. Follow the oven guideline but cook for 15 mins.
