Spoon into little glass bowls and serve at room temperature … but don’t leave it for too long in a warm room or it might go really messy.

At the risk of gilding the lily, you could add a dollop of thick cream or vanilla ice cream, too.

How We Make It At Our Kitchen

Firstly we make a crumbly shortbread and mix that with our cheesecake digestive biscuit base mix. We then make a mascarpone based chocolate mousse. We then layer the mousse with the crumbled shortbread and biscuit together with a layer of our salted caramel. The whole thing is topped off with little chunks of chocolate brownie and broken chocolate shards.

Dark Chocolate (20%) [Soya, Milk], Mascarpone [Milk] , Water, Digestive Biscuit [Wheat Gluten], Butter (9%) [Milk], Caster Sugar, Caramel (7%) [Sulphites, Milk, Soya], Self-Raising Flour [Wheat Gluten], Whipping Cream [Milk], Free Range Pasteurised Egg White, Free Range Pasteurised Whole Egg, Dark Chocolate Shards (2%) [Soya, Milk], Soft Light Brown Sugar, Cocoa, Wheat Flour, Chocolate Powder [Soya, Milk], Sea Salt, Vanilla Flavouring, Coffee.

Dark Chocolate contains: Cocoa Mass (50%), Sugar (49.5%), Emulsifier: Soya Lecithin, Natural Vanilla Flavouring. Mascarpone contains: Cream, Milk Protein Concentrate, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid. Digestive Biscuit contains: Wheat Flour (Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Nitconamide, Thiamin), Wholemeal Flour, Vegetable Oil (Palm Oil & Rapeseed Oil), Sugar, Cane Syrup, Raising Agents: (Sodium Bicarbonate, Ammonium Bicarbonate), Salt. Cooking/Serving Instructions

DEFROST TO SERVE

Defrost Instructions:

FOR BEST RESULTS DEFROST IN THE FRIDGE AND EAT AS SOON AS YOU CAN. 1. Remove lid before defrosting. 2. Defrost for 2-3 hours at room temperature or 8-10 hours in the fridge. 3. Eat as soon as possible once thawed. In the unlikely event of there being any leftovers keep in the fridge and eat within 48 hours.
