How We Make It In Our Kitchen

  • Fragrant ginger and garlic gently fried in a little sesame oil to help make a light broth style sauce
  • Ramen noodles, flavoured with turmeric and paprika, go into the sauce
  • Then mixed with baby corn, green beans, roasted chestnut mushrooms and cabbage

AT COOK WE USE THE SAME INGREDIENTS YOU WOULD USE AT HOME.

We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example Worcestershire Sauce used in our Spaghetti Bolognese, which contains Tamarind Extract).

Cooking/Serving Instructions

COOK FROM FROZEN

Microwave:

Remove sleeve, pierce film. Place on microwaveable plate. Cook on full power.

4 mins > stir gently & re-cover > 3 mins
Allow to stand for 1 min and ensure food is piping hot before serving.

Defrost Instructions:

Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the microwave instructions but cook for 2 mins, stir well, and cook for a further 1 min 30 secs.

Extra Warnings:

Steam may be released when removing film lid.
