We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example Worcestershire Sauce used in our Spaghetti Bolognese, which contains Tamarind Extract).

Red Onions (28%), Free Range Pasteurised Egg Yolk, Free Range Pasteurised Egg, Double Cream [Milk], Smoked Cheddar Cheese [Milk] (14%), Mascarpone Cheese [Milk] (8%) (Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid), Mature Cheddar Cheese [Milk] (3%), Balsamic Vinegar [Sulphites] (3%) (Wine Vinegar, Concentrated Grape Must, Colour: Caramel, Antioxidant: Potassium Metabisulphite), Sugar, Rapeseed Oil, Parsley, Salt, Thyme, Black Pepper, White Pepper.

Cooking/Serving Instructions

OVEN COOK FROM FROZEN

Oven:

Preheat oven. Remove from the box but keep the frittata in the tray. Place onto a baking tray and cook in the top of the oven. If colouring too much during cooking, cover with foil.

Oven Settings

Fan 170°C, Electric 190°C, Gas Mark 5.
80 mins
Once cooked ensure piping hot, rest the frittata for a full 20 minutes. Then run a knife around the rim and turn it upside down onto a plate. Remove the silicone and then carefully flip back over onto another plate to serve. This frittata can be served cold. Follow the cooking instructions, allow to cool and keep refrigerated until serving. Once cooked, consume within 48 hours.

Defrost Instructions:

Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the oven guidelines and cook for 45 mins.
