How We Make It

  • We slice and roast the butternut squash and red onions until golden. Then we add a dressing and fold in some crumbled goats cheese and baby spinach.
  • We add chopped pistachios and little bit of brown sugar, top with the butternut squash and finally completely cover it in all-butter puff pastry.

Ingredients

AT COOK WE USE THE SAME INGREDIENTS YOU WOULD USE AT HOME.

We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example Worcestershire Sauce used in our Spaghetti Bolognese, which contains Tamarind Extract).

Butternut Squash (40%), Red Onions (20%), Puff Pastry (10%) [Wheat Gluten, Milk], Goat's Cheese (7%) [Milk], Rapeseed Oil, Pistachios (4%) [Nuts], Honey, Spinach (2%), Garlic, Red Wine Vinegar [Sulphites], Sugar, Lemon Juice, Salt, Parsley, Rosemary, Free Range Pasteurised Whole Egg, Ground Cumin, Black Pepper.

Puff Pastry contains: Wheat Flour, Butter, Water, Salt. Red Wine Vinegar contains: Red Wine Vinegar, Antioxidant: Sulphur Dioxide.

Cooking/Serving Instructions

OVEN COOK FROM FROZEN

Oven:

Preheat oven. Remove from the box but keep in the tray. Place onto a baking tray and cook in the top of the oven. If colouring too much during cooking, cover with foil.

Oven Settings

Fan 180°C, Electric 200°C, Gas Mark 6.

Ensure piping hot. Once cooked, allow to rest for 2 minutes. Then run a knife around the rim and turn it upside down onto a plate. Remove the silicone paper.

Defrost Instructions:

Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the oven guidelines and cook for 45 mins.
