How We Make It

  • Our Chefs lightly fry some key ingredients in Thai cooking – ginger, garlic, lemongrass and yellow Thai paste to allow them to develop their aromatic flavours
  • The yellow Thai paste we use contains a blend of traditional Thai flavours – shallot, lemongrass, curry powder, chilli, galangal, clove and ginger to provide a delicious base flavour to this dish

Pre-heat oven. Remove sleeve, pierce film. Place on baking tray in centre of oven.

Remove sleeve, pierce film. Place on microwaveable plate. Cook on full power.

Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the microwave guidelines and cook for 1 min 30 secs.
