Ingredients

AT COOK WE USE THE SAME INGREDIENTS YOU WOULD USE AT HOME.

We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example Worcestershire Sauce used in our Spaghetti Bolognese, which contains Tamarind Extract).

Chantenay Carrots (85%), Rapeseed Oil, Butter (5%) [Milk], Honey, Salt, Parsley, Lemon Peel, White Pepper.

Cooking/Serving Instructions

These cooking instructions are only a guide. Your appliance may have a personality of its own (or a different power rating). Please adjust accordingly.

Oven:

Place the carrots directly onto a baking tray, putting the disc of flavoured butter disc aside to add later. Cook for 10 mins in the top of the oven then add the butter, mixing it with the carrots. Cook for a further 5 mins.

Oven Settings

Fan 180°C, Electric 200°C, Gas Mark 6.
10 mins > add butter > 5 mins
Mix well again before serving and ensure piping hot.

Microwave:

Remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Cook on full power.

Mix well again before serving and ensure piping hot.

Defrost Instructions:

Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the oven guidelines but cook for 10 mins, adding the butter at the start of cooking.

Extra Warnings:

Steam may be released when removing film lid.
