How We Make It At Our Kitchen

  • We marinade cherry tomatoes in honey and thyme and roast until caramelised
  • Red onions are lightly fried in balsamic vinegar and then mixed with the cherry tomatoes, sundried tomatoes and basil
  • Our pastry team carefully dish the mix and top with our puff pastry and sprinkle with parsley ready to be turned upside down once cooked

AT COOK WE USE THE SAME INGREDIENTS YOU WOULD USE AT HOME.

We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example Worcestershire Sauce used in our Spaghetti Bolognese, which contains Tamarind Extract).

Cherry Tomatoes (30%), Puff Pastry (29%) (Wheat Flour, Water, Sustainable Palmfat, Salt), Semi-Dried Cherry Tomatoes (23%) (Sunflower Oil, Salt, Garlic, Oregano, Acidity Regulator: Lactic Acid), Red Onions, Balsamic Vinegar (Wine Vinegar, Grape Must, Colour: Caramel, Antioxidant: Potassium Metabisulphite), Honey (2%), Rapeseed Oil, Parsley, Free Range Pasteurised Whole Egg, Salt, Basil, Thyme.

Cooking/Serving Instructions

These cooking instructions are only a guide. Your appliance may have a personality of its own (or a different power rating). Please adjust accordingly.

OVEN COOK FROM FROZEN

Oven:

Preheat oven. Remove from the box but keep in the tray. Place onto a baking tray and cook in the top of the oven. If colouring too much during cooking, cover with foil.

Oven Settings

Fan 180°C, Electric 200°C, Gas Mark 6.
40 mins
Ensure piping hot. Once cooked, allow to rest for 2 minutes. Then run a knife around the rim and turn it upside down onto a plate. Remove the silicone paper.

Defrost Instructions:

Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the oven guidelines and cook for 25 mins.
