For a great spread, we'd suggest that for every 8 people you select...

How to cook an award winning quiche:

  • Defrost! While still frozen, place the quiche onto the baking tray you’ll be using, on the silicon paper provided in the box and defrost in the fridge for 24hrs
  • Cook in the oven following the instructions
  • Leave to cool, (more if you’re serving cold), then, using a fish slice, carefully slide onto your serving plate

Our large quiches have won numerous Great Taste Awards thanks to their handmade shortcrust pastry cases, classic blend of mascarpone and free-range egg and generous fillings.

Cooking Instructions

At our kitchen, we prepare food by hand using the same ingredients and techniques you would at home. We then freeze our meals at -35°C so it tastes freshly made when you cook it at home (no nasty additives or preservatives required). Most of our food can be heated from frozen (sometimes in minutes in your microwave). Check the instructions below.

These cooking instructions are only a guide. Your appliance may have a personality of its own (or a different power rating). Please adjust accordingly.
