Ingredients

AT COOK WE USE THE SAME INGREDIENTS YOU WOULD USE AT HOME.

We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example Worcestershire Sauce used in our Spaghetti Bolognese, which contains Tamarind Extract).

Marsala Wine (36%) (Preservative: Sulphur Dioxide), Chicken (30%), Sweet Cure Bacon (9%) (Pork, Salt, Dextrose, Preservatives (Potassium Nitrate, Sodium Nitrite, Sodium Acetate), Antioxidant (Sodium Ascorbate), Smoke), Merlot (6%) (Preservative: Sulphur Dioxide), Chestnut Mushrooms (4%), Water, Redcurrant Jelly (Sugar, Water, Redcurrant Juice Concentrate (7%), Gelling Agent (Pectin), Dextrose), Chicken Glace (Concentrated Broth from Chicken Meat (Water, Extract), Maltodextrin (Potato), Yeast Extract, Salt, Glucose, Onion Powder), Shallots (2%), Corn Flour, Double Cream [Milk], Rapeseed Oil, Porcini Mushroom Stock (Mushroom Juice Concentrate, Yeast Extract, Mushroom Powder (including Porcini), Water, Salt, Sunflower Oil), Salt, Grana Padano [Milk] (Preservative: Lysozyme (from Egg)), Bay Leaves, Thyme, Black Pepper.

Cooking/Serving Instructions

These cooking instructions are only a guide. Your appliance may have a personality of its own (or a different power rating). Please adjust accordingly.

*NOT SUITABLE FOR MICROWAVES*
OVEN COOK FROM FROZEN

Oven:

Preheat oven. Remove sleeve, pierce film. Place onto a baking tray in the top half of the oven. 15 mins before end of cooking time, remove film lid.

Oven Settings

Fan 170°C, Electric 190°C, Gas Mark 5.
30 mins > remove film > 15 mins
Allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving.

Defrost Instructions:

Should this product defrost keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the oven guidelines but cook for 25-30 mins.

Extra Warnings:

Steam may be released when removing film lid. Although every care has been taken to remove all bones, some may remain.

OVEN COOK FROM FROZEN

Oven:

Preheat oven. Remove sleeve, pierce film. Place onto a baking tray in the top half of the oven. Remove film 10 mins before end of cooking.

Oven Settings

50-55 minutes
Allow to stand for 3 minutes before serving. The bay leaf is for decoration,remove before eating the meal.

Should this product defrost keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the oven guidelines but cook for 35-40 mins.

Extra Warnings:

Steam may be released when removing film lid. Although every care has been taken to remove all bones, some may remain.

Preheat oven. Remove sleeve, pierce film. Place onto a baking tray in the top half of the oven. Remove film 10 mins before end of cooking.

60 minutes
Allow to stand for 5 mins. The bay leaf is for decoration, remove before eating the meal.
