How We Make It At Our Kitchen

Our chefs have really packed the flavours in here.The sweet potatoes are roasted with fajita spices and cumin, and the halloumi is sliced then marinated in honey and smoked paprika.

AT COOK WE USE THE SAME INGREDIENTS YOU WOULD USE AT HOME.

We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example Worcestershire Sauce used in our Spaghetti Bolognese, which contains Tamarind Extract).

Cooking/Serving Instructions

These cooking instructions are only a guide. Your appliance may have a personality of its own (or a different power rating). Please adjust accordingly.

Oven:

Remove sleeve, film lid and sauce container. Place on a baking tray and cook in the centre of a preheated oven.

Oven Settings

Fan 170°C, Electric 190°C, Gas Mark 5.

Allow to stand for 1 min and ensure piping hot before serving.

Microwave:

SAUCE ONLY: Remove the lid and place loosely back on top of the sauce pot. Cook on full power for 1 minute 30 seconds, stir well and cook for a further 1 minute. Leave the sauce to stand for 2 minutes, or until cooled, before serving.

Defrost Instructions:

Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the oven guidelines but cook for 30 mins. Cook the defrosted sauce in the microwave for 1 min, stir, 30 secs.

Extra Warnings:

Steam may be released when removing film lid.
