AT COOK WE USE THE SAME INGREDIENTS YOU WOULD USE AT HOME.

We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example Worcestershire Sauce used in our Spaghetti Bolognese, which contains Tamarind Extract).

Chopped Tomatoes (17%) (Tomato Juice, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid), Onions, Dark Speckled Lentils (10%) [Wheat & Barley Gluten], Water, Chestnut Mushrooms (8%), Red Wine (7%) (Preservative: Potassium Metabisulphite), Carrots, Panko Breadcrumbs (Wheat Flour (Calcium Carbonate, Iron Niacin, Thiamin), Yeast, Vegetable Oil (Sunflower), Salt, Flour Treatment Agent (Ascorbic Acid)), Celery (4%), Baby Spinach (4%), Tomato Puree (2%), Rapeseed Oil, Free Range Pasteurised Egg Yolk, Garlic (2%), Aubergine (2%), Pine Kernals, Balsamic Vinegar (Wine Vinegar, Concentrated Grape Must, Colour: Caramel, Antioxidant: Potassium Metabisulphite), Soft Light Brown Sugar, Cornflour, Salt, Basil, Parsley, Black Pepper, White Pepper.

Cooking/Serving Instructions

Remove sleeve and pierce film. Cook on full power without stirring.

Remove from microwave and leave to rest for 2 minutes to cool slightly. Handle your veggie meatballs with care! Place them onto a plate with a spoon, stir the remaining sauce in the container, then spoon over the top.

Oven:

Preheat oven. Remove sleeve, pierce film. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven.

Oven Settings

Fan 170°C, Electric 190°C, Gas Mark 5.
40 mins
Remove from oven and leave to rest for 2 minutes to cool slightly. Handle your veggie meatballs with care! Place them onto a plate with a spoon, stir the remaining sauce in the container, then spoon over the top.

Defrost Instructions:

Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the microwave cooking guidelines but cook for 3 mins 30 secs.

Extra Warnings:

Steam may be released when removing film lid.
