How We Make It

  • We marinate free-range pork shoulder steaks, slow-roast in the oven until tender
  • The Korean-style sauce is made from garlic, ginger, tamari (gluten-free soy sauce), dried chilli flakes and sesame oil
  • Kimchi is traditionally fermented, a bit like sauerkraut; our version is more of a fresh kimchi, and is made by mixing garlic, ginger, sea salt, fish sauce and chilli flakes through some shredded sweetheart cabbage and allowing it to marinate
  • It's mixed through cooked basmati rice, stir-fried red cabbage, julienned carrot, sliced spring onions and sesame seeds

Microwave:

MICROWAVE Remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Cook on full power.

Stir well before serving.

Defrost Instructions:

Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the microwave guidelines but cook for 2 mins, stir, 1 min.
