  • Mixing it up: For a supper less ordinary, serve with steamed rice and roasted beetroot, and garnish with fresh dill

How We Make It At Our Kitchen

  • Our chefs start by chopping, seasoning and roasting the fennel
  • Next comes the sauce, using diced shallots, semi-skimmed milk, white wine and lemon juice. Then we carefully combine the sauce with the roasted fennel and brown and white crab meat to create a decadent filling
  • A whole side of salmon in sliced in half and stuffed the filling, and finally it’s finished with a sprinkling a gluten-free, cheese-and-herb bread crumb on the top

Cooking Instructions

At our kitchen, we prepare food by hand using the same ingredients and techniques you would at home. We then freeze our meals at -35°C so it tastes freshly made when you cook it at home (no nasty additives or preservatives required). Most of our food can be heated from frozen (sometimes in minutes in your microwave). Check the instructions below.

OVEN COOK FROM FROZEN

Oven:

Preheat oven. Remove the film, but keep the salmon in the foil container.

Oven Settings

Fan 170°C, Electric 190°C, Gas Mark 5.
90 mins
Once out of the oven, use the greaseproof paper to pull the salmon out of the foil.

Extra Warnings:

Although every effort has been taken to remove all shell, some may remain.
