  • Broadly speaking, people don’t eat beef in India. Although this style of curry originates in Southern India, the Madras – and particularly the beef version – is a British take on a traditional dish.

Preheat oven. Remove sleeve, pierce film.Place on baking tray in centre of oven.

Fan 170°C, Electric 190°C, Gas Mark 5.

Remove sleeve, pierce film. Place on microwaveable plate. Cook on full power.

Defrost Instructions:

Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the oven guidelines but cook for 15-20 mins.
