How We Make It

The fragrant sauce for this dish is begun by simmering a stock of cinnamon sticks, green cardamom and bay leaves, which is then reduced to intensify the flavour. It is added to lightly fried garlic, along with other traditional Thai flavours of ginger, lemongrass, tamarind paste, Thai fish sauce and red Thai chilli sauce. The Chefs then stir in coconut milk, lime leaf and lime juice to finish the sauce.

Our Prep team soak traditional Thai rice noodles overnight to re-hydrate them. The dish is garnished with fresh salmon, lightly cooked sweetheart cabbage, edamame beans, spring onions and coriander to add a freshness to the dish.

We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example Worcestershire Sauce used in our Spaghetti Bolognese, which contains Tamarind Extract).

Cooked Rice Noodles (23%), Water, Sweetheart Cabbage (15%), Salmon (14%) [Fish], Coconut Milk (12%), Edamame Beans (6%) [Soya], Spring Onions, Thai Fish Sauce, Demerara Sugar, Cornflour, Lime Leaf, Lemongrass Puree [Sulphites], Tamarind Paste, Ginger Puree, Rapeseed Oil, Coriander, Garlic, Lime Juice, Red Thai Chilli Sauce, Tamari [Soya], Cardamom, Cinnamon, Bay Leaf.

COOK FROM FROZEN

Microwave:

Remove sleeve, pierce film. Cook on full power.

3 mins 30 secs > stir & re-cover > 2 mins
Stir well and allow to stand for 1 min before serving.

Defrost Instructions:

Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the microwave guidelines but cook for 2 mins, stir, 1 min.

Extra Warnings:

Although every care has been taken to remove all bones, some may remain. Steam may be released when removing film lid.
