How To Make It

A dish that’s rich and creamy, while also deliciously fresh, and with whole fresh chicken breasts to make it really special.

The chicken is oven-roasted to keep it moist and full of flavour. To make the sauce, our chefs simmer chicken stock, white wine, lemon juice and two types of mustard – Dijon and wholegrain – with fresh double cream and tarragon to create a really comforting and indulgent sauce with a distinctive tarragon flavour.The dish is garnished with sliced leeks, slowly sweated in butter, and the chicken is topped with a slice of fresh lemon and some parsley to really bring the flavours to life.

Great with new potatoes and some freshly chopped parsley sprinkled over the top.

AT COOK WE USE THE SAME INGREDIENTS YOU WOULD USE AT HOME.

We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example Worcestershire Sauce used in our Spaghetti Bolognese, which contains Tamarind Extract).

Cooking/Serving Instructions

Preheat oven. Remove sleeve, pierce film lid. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven.

Oven Settings

Fan 170°C, Electric 190°C, Gas Mark 5.
30-35 mins
Allow to stand for 1 min. Ensure the food is piping hot and stir well before serving.

Microwave:

Remove sleeve, pierce film. Cook on full power.
850W
4 mins > stir well & re-cover > 1 mins 30 secs
Allow to stand for 1 min. Ensure the food is piping hot and stir well before serving.

Defrost Instructions:

Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the oven guidelines but cook for 20 mins.

Extra Warnings:

Although every care has been taken to remove all bones, some may remain. Steam may be released when removing film lid.
