Try it With:

  • Perfect with our Creamy Mash, Cavelo Nero or Chantenay carrots
  • A cassoulet is normally always served by itself – it’s a meal on its own but it would also be great with crunch fresh bread or a green soft leaf salad with a zingy vinaigrette!

How We Make It At Our Kitchen

  • We slice cooked herby sausages and add them to the sauce along with some slow cooked shredded duck
  • Mushrooms and carrots are roasted through the oven stirred through with a little redcurrant jelly for a little bit of sweetness to compliment the duck
  • Slowly they add in the brandy followed by the red wine and we then let it simmer for a few minutes

Cooking Instructions

At our kitchen, we prepare food by hand using the same ingredients and techniques you would at home. We then freeze our meals at -35°C so it tastes freshly made when you cook it at home (no nasty additives or preservatives required). Most of our food can be heated from frozen (sometimes in minutes in your microwave). Check the instructions below.

These cooking instructions are only a guide. Your appliance may have a personality of its own (or a different power rating). Please adjust accordingly.
