  • Serve straight from the freezer or, better still, remove all the packaging and place it on a serving dish in the fridge for 20 minutes to soften slightly
  • Slice with a hot sharp knife for perfect slices
  • It’s not essential, but you can try serving with a dark chocolate sauce – it really works!

How We Make It At Our Kitchen

  • First the chefs make a crunchy, buttery chocolate shortbread as a base.
  • The filling is a white chocolate parfait with a hint of orange, which is layered with our cranberry and orange liqueur compote and broken chocolate shards.
  • Finally it’s topped with more chocolate shards and more compote.

Cooking Instructions

At our kitchen, we prepare food by hand using the same ingredients and techniques you would at home. We then freeze our meals at -35°C so it tastes freshly made when you cook it at home (no nasty additives or preservatives required). Most of our food can be heated from frozen (sometimes in minutes in your microwave). Check the instructions below.

These cooking instructions are only a guide. Your appliance may have a personality of its own (or a different power rating). Please adjust accordingly.

Defrost Instructions:

SERVE FROZEN 1. Remove the outer box 2. Tear down the sides and corners to remove from the container 3. This can be eaten straight from the freezer, but for best results we'd recommend placing in the fridge for half an hour or so to allow the pudding to soften slightly before serving.
