Ingredients

AT COOK WE USE THE SAME INGREDIENTS YOU WOULD USE AT HOME.

We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example Worcestershire Sauce used in our Spaghetti Bolognese, which contains Tamarind Extract).

Soya Milk (Water, Hulled Soya Beans, Apple Extract, Acidity Regulators (Monopotassium Phosphate, Dipotassium Phosphate), Calcium (Calcium Carbonate), Maltodextrin, Sea Salt, Stabiliser (Gellan Gum), Vitamins (Riboflavin, (B2), B12, E, D2)), Caster Sugar, Gluten Free Self-Raising Flour (Flour Blend (Rice, Potato, Tapioca, Maize, Buckwheat), Raising Agents (Mono-Calcium Phosphate, Sodium Bircarbonate), Thickener (Xanthan Gum)), Raspberries (11%), Ground Almonds (10%) [Nuts], Coconut Oil (9%), Water, Polenta (4%) [Wheat Gluten], Orange Juice Concentrate (3%), Pistachios (2%) [Nuts], Apple Cider Vinegar (Preservative: Potassium Metabisulphite), Almond Flavour [Nuts] (Ethanol, Water, Mono Propylene Glycol, Flavourings, Almond [Nuts] Flavourings), Gluten Free Baking Powder (Diphosphates, Sodium Carbonates, Maize Starch).

Cooking Instructions

At our kitchen, we prepare food by hand using the same ingredients and techniques you would at home. We then freeze our meals at -35°C so it tastes freshly made when you cook it at home (no nasty additives or preservatives required). Most of our food can be heated from frozen (sometimes in minutes in your microwave). Check the instructions below.

DEFROST TO SERVE

Defrost Instructions:

THIS PUDDING IS BEST SERVED WARM 1.It is very important to remove the dessert from all packaging and place on a serving dish whilst it’s still frozen. You’ll find it much easier to handle. 2.To warm from frozen: microwave on high for 3-4 mins (depending on the power of your microwave). 3.To warm from defrosted: defrost for 5-6hrs in the fridge or 3hrs room temperature and then microwave on high for 1 min 30 secs - 2 mins. Allow to stand for 1 minute before eating. If this pudding needs to be eaten at room temperature, defrost for 5-6hrs in the fridge and remove 30mins before serving to allow the pudding to get to room temperature. Alternatively defrost for 3hrs at room temperature.

Extra Warnings:

Although every care has been taken to remove all nut shell, some may remain.
