How We Make It At Our Kitchen

  • We make a thick cheese sauce with Cheddar cheese, wholegrain mustard, ale and a dash of Worcestershire sauce.
  • Then we spoon on the delicious onion marmalade from Rubies in the Rubble over a mini crisp bread.
  • We then top this with our Rarebit sauce to make a deliciously rich and cheesy canapé!

AT COOK WE USE THE SAME INGREDIENTS YOU WOULD USE AT HOME.

We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example Worcestershire Sauce used in our Spaghetti Bolognese, which contains Tamarind Extract).

Cooking/Serving Instructions

OVEN COOK FROM FROZEN

Oven:

Preheat oven. Remove from all packaging and place directly onto a baking tray. Cook in the top of the oven.

Oven Settings

Fan 180°C, Electric 200°C, Gas Mark 6.
14-16 mins
Allow to rest for 2 mins before serving. When cooking more than one pack of canapés at a time, allow extra cooking time.

Defrost Instructions:

Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the oven guidelines but cook for 10-12 mins.
