How We Make It

We take super-mini honey and mustard cocktail sausages (yes, they had to make them even smaller just for us) and roast them until golden brown. We make a batch of our Creamy Mash enriched with butter and double cream, then add some chopped chives. Our Finishing team carefully split each sausage down the middle and pipe the smooth mashed potato down the centre. They then top each one with a spoonful of caramelised red onion chutney. Possibly the most adorable canapé ever!

Ingredients

AT COOK WE USE THE SAME INGREDIENTS YOU WOULD USE AT HOME.

We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example Worcestershire Sauce used in our Spaghetti Bolognese, which contains Tamarind Extract).

Honey and Mustard Sausages (62%) [Wheat Gluten], Potatoes (24%), Red Onion Chutney (8%) [Sulphites], Double Cream (3%) [Milk], Olive Oil Blend, Butter [Milk], Chives, Salt, Black Pepper.

Olive Oil Blend contains: Pomace Olive Oil, Sunflower Oil. Honey and Mustard Sausages contain: Pork Cuts (Pork Shoulder, Pork Belly), Water, Honey, Mustard, Rusk (Wheat Flour, Salt), Salt, Spices & Spice Extracts, Sugar, Herbs, Potato Starch, Filled into a bovine collagen casing. Red Onion Chutney contains: Fresh Red Onion, Muscovado Sugar, Red Wine Vinegar, Sunflower Oil, Cinnamon, Clove.

Cooking/Serving Instructions

OVEN COOK FROM FROZEN

Oven:

Preheat oven. Remove from all packaging and place directly onto a lightly oiled baking tray in the centre of the oven.

Oven Settings

Fan 170°C, Electric 190°C, Gas Mark 5.
12-15 mins
Allow to rest for 2 mins before serving.

Defrost Instructions:

Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the oven guidelines but cook for 6-8 mins.
