How We Make It At Our Kitchen
- Our chefs make a creamy cheese sauce with Gruyère and season it with Dijon mustard and cracked black pepper
- Then they stir some shredded ham hock through the sauce
- Finally, the mixture is carefully placed on top of crisp bruschettine
