How We Make It At Our Kitchen

  • Our chefs make a creamy cheese sauce with Gruyère and season it with Dijon mustard and cracked black pepper
  • Then they stir some shredded ham hock through the sauce
  • Finally, the mixture is carefully placed on top of crisp bruschettine

AT COOK WE USE THE SAME INGREDIENTS YOU WOULD USE AT HOME.

We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example Worcestershire Sauce used in our Spaghetti Bolognese, which contains Tamarind Extract).

Semi Skimmed Milk, Bruschettine (23%) (contains: Soft Wheat Flour, Durum Wheat Semolina, Olive Oil, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Salt, Brewers Yeast, Malt Extract, Sugar), Ham Hock (22%) (contains: Pork, Wiltshire Cure (Water, Salt, Sodium Nitrite, Sodium Ascorbate)), Water, Gruyère Cheese (6%) (contains: Unpasteurised Cow’s Milk, Salt, Animal Rennet, Lactic Acid Bacteria), Wheat Flour (contains: Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Nicotinamide (Vit B3), Thiamine Hydrochloride (Vit B1)), Butter [Milk], Dijon Mustard (contains: Water, Mustard Seeds, Vinegar, Salt), Pepper, Nutmeg.

Cooking/Serving Instructions

These cooking instructions are only a guide. Your appliance may have a personality of its own (or a different power rating). Please adjust accordingly.

OVEN COOK FROM FROZEN

Oven:

Preheat oven. Remove canapés from all packaging and place directly onto a baking tray. Cook in the top of the oven.

Oven Settings

Fan 180°C, Electric 200°C, Gas Mark 6.
12-14 mins
Allow to rest for 2 mins before serving. When cooking more than one pack of canapés at a time, allow extra cooking time.

Defrost Instructions:

Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the oven guidelines but cook for 10-12 mins.
