To Serve

How We Make It At Our Kitchen
- We blitz beetroot, crème fraiche, coriander, horseradish and feta until we have a beautifully bright pink purée
- This is then piped in between two discs of puff pastry
- Finally, it’s topped with black sesame seeds, ready to be baked at home
