How We Make It At Our Kitchen

  • We blitz beetroot, crème fraiche, coriander, horseradish and feta until we have a beautifully bright pink purée
  • This is then piped in between two discs of puff pastry
  • Finally, it’s topped with black sesame seeds, ready to be baked at home

We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example Worcestershire Sauce used in our Spaghetti Bolognese, which contains Tamarind Extract).

Cooking/Serving Instructions

These cooking instructions are only a guide. Your appliance may have a personality of its own (or a different power rating). Please adjust accordingly.

OVEN COOK FROM FROZEN

Oven:

Preheat oven. Remove canapés from all packaging and place directly onto a baking tray. Cook in the top of the oven.

Oven Settings

Fan 180°C, Electric 200°C, Gas Mark 6.
16-18 mins
Allow to rest for 2 mins before serving. When cooking more than one pack of canapés at a time, allow extra cooking time.

Defrost Instructions:

Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the oven guidelines but cook for 13-15 mins.
