How We Make It At Our Kitchen

We make a rich cheese sauce using mature cheddar, flavoured with English mustard and hint of paprika. This is mixed with ditalini pasta (perfect size for canapés) and scooped into the trays. This is topped with a cheese and parsley crumb to give it a little crunch and an extra cheese hit.

Cooking/Serving Instructions

OVEN COOK FROM FROZEN

Oven:

Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and film. Leave the canapés in the tray and place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven.

Oven Settings

Fan 180°C, Electric 200°C, Gas Mark 6.
15-18 mins
Ensure piping hot and allow to stand for 4 mins before serving.

Defrost Instructions:

Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the oven guidelines but cook for 8-10 mins.
