The chocolate is essentially a baked chocolate mousse made with rich dark Belgium chocolate - no flour.
The result is a slightly crunchy top with a soft brownie like texture inside.
The only addition is lightly whipped cream. Practically perfect in every way.

Try it with:

Perfect for any dinner party!
Top it with some raspberries.

DEFROST TO SERVE

Defrost Instructions:

It is very important to remove the dessert from all packaging and place on a serving dish whilst it’s still frozen. You’ll find it much easier to handle. Defrost for 6 hours at room temperature or 10-11 hours in the fridge. Eat as soon as possible once thawed. In the unlikely event of there being any leftovers, keep in the fridge and eat within 48 hours.
