Whipping Cream (24%) [Milk], Caster Sugar (20%), Free Range Pasteurised Egg White (17%) (Thickener: Guar Gum), Dark Chocolate (15%) [Milk] (Cocoa Mass (50%), Sugar (49.5%), Emulsifier: Soya Lecithin, Natural Vanilla Flavouring), Free Range Pasteurised Egg Yolk (10%), Water, Salted Butter [Milk], Icing Sugar (Tricalcium Phosphate).

Cooking/Serving Instructions

DEFROST TO SERVE

Defrost Instructions:

It is very important to remove the dessert from all packaging and place on a serving dish whilst it’s still frozen. You’ll find it much easier to handle. Defrost for 6 hours at room temperature or 10-11 hours in the fridge. Eat as soon as possible once thawed. In the unlikely event of there being any leftovers, keep in the fridge and eat within 48 hours.
